Chris Cagle - Cagle Found Not Guilty Of Domestic Violence


Country star CHRIS CAGLE has been cleared of charges of domestic assault - after his girlfriend refused to testify against him.

Cagle and his lover Jennifer Tant were both charged with domestic violence offences in May (08) following a bibulous fight in Nashville, Tennessee.

However, when the case was heard in Davidson County General Sessions Court on Thursday (24Jul08), Tant invoked her Fifth Amendment right not to give testimony that would inculpate her. Cagle's case was subsequently discharged.

The singer will stand trial in September (08) in Arizona on a assort misdemeanour assault charge - in connectedness with a pre-Christmas (07) bar competitiveness in which he is accused of punching an autograph hunter.
